Pisco punch

Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves, lightly crushed
  • 4 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 1½fl oz pisco
  • 1 tbsp pineapple liqueur
  • 25ml/1fl oz Chilean white wine

To garnish

  • pineapple leaves

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and crush with the end of a rolling pin.
  2. Strain into a wine goblet and garnish with pineapple leaves
