Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) dried apricots
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) dried prunes
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) honey
  • 3/4 cup(s) red wine
  • 1 stick(s) (3-inch) cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) fresh squeezed orange juice

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Roughly chop the apricots and prunes and combine with the remaining ingredients in a 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Cook in the oven until the fruit is very tender and liquid thickens, 40 to 50 minutes.
