Carolina peach sangria

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle rose wine
  • 3/4 cup peach or raspberry vodka
  • 1/3 cup thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated white sugar, or more- to taste
  • 3 large ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups club soda, chilled


  1. In a large pitcher, mix wine, vodka, lemonade and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in peaches and raspberries. Cover and chill at least 6 hours, or until nice and cold (overnight is fine too).
  2. Just before serving, stir in club soda.
