Mom’s Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

  • 600 gram Pomfret
  • 80 gram Ginger
  • 40 gram Garlic
  • 10 gram Chilli Padi
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Hua Diao Wine

Directions:

  1. Clean the fish thoroughly.
  2. Flatten and chop the ginger, garlic, and chilli padi then, combine them together with the Seasonings. Pour the whole mixture over the fish.
  3. Steam the fish for 7 minutes over high heat in a steamer.
  4. Remove the fish and sprinkle some parsley or chopped spring onion over it. Serve.
